We ship live ants with proper care and secure packing. Please read before ordering.

Shipping Methods

Metro Manila: Lalamove only
Outside Metro Manila: J&T Express only

Live Arrival Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for Metro Manila orders only when delivered through Lalamove.

To qualify, please make sure you are available to receive the order immediately once it arrives. If there is an issue, send us a clear unboxing video right away.

Outside Metro Manila

For orders outside Metro Manila, we will pack the ants as safely as possible before sending them through J&T Express.

However, we cannot offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for non-Metro Manila orders because courier delays, handling, travel time, and weather conditions are outside our control.

By placing an order outside Metro Manila, you understand and accept the shipping risk.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

AntHub PH is not responsible for issues caused by:

1. Wrong or incomplete address

2. Buyer unavailable during delivery

3. Courier delays or mishandling

4. Extreme weather or transport conditions

We always do our best to pack and ship responsibly, but live animal shipping may still carry risks.
